What QR Code Generator is

You pick URL, Wi-Fi, or vCard. The module draws from the string you type. It does not mint a short-link. It does not wrap the target in a click tracker. A phone that scans the file should open the same characters you can read in the Exact encoded payload box. If that box and the print do not match, the print is wrong.

URL mode encodes the field exactly. Type https:// and those characters stay. The page does not drop the scheme. It does not rewrite the host. Wi-Fi mode builds a WIFI: payload from SSID, security (WPA, WEP, or none), password, and an optional hidden-network flag. vCard mode takes name, organisation, phone, and email. Download PNG for a raster. Download SVG if you need a vector for print or vinyl. Scan the file with your phone before you send it to a printer. A typo in the payload is a dead sticker. The Wi-Fi code still needs the real network password; the square only carries the string you entered.

How to use it

  1. Choose URL, Wi-Fi, or vCard at the top of the form.
  2. Fill the fields. For a web address, keep https:// if the site uses TLS.
  3. Read the Exact encoded payload box. That is the string inside the code.
  4. Download PNG or SVG. Open the file on your phone and scan it.
  5. Print only after the scan opens the right page, joins the right network, or shows the right card.

Common uses

Put a site on a poster without a third-party QR vendor. Share a guest Wi-Fi SSID at a studio so visitors do not type the password. Print a vCard on a business card or a stand at a market. Mark a workshop handout with the exact URL you typed, not a campaign redirect. Designers use PNG in a layout and SVG when the mark must scale on a large print. A café menu and a packing slip work the same way: type, check the box, scan, then print. Download the file rather than screenshotting the preview.

Hidden Wi-Fi is optional. Turn it on only if the network does not broadcast. WEP is still offered because some old routers exist; prefer WPA when you can. A blank password with “none” is an open network. vCard fields that you leave empty stay empty in the payload. The page does not invent a company name or a second phone. If you need a different string later, change the fields and download again. Old prints still hold the old payload. Reprint when the URL, SSID, or contact line changes.

Privacy

We do not log the URL, the Wi-Fi password, or the vCard. Refresh the tab and the form and preview are gone. Keep the PNG or SVG on your disk if you still need the mark.
